We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the shop:
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. Payments are processed in the shop or through third-party financing providers (Section 4).
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to anyone.
If you give us permission, we may send you text messages about your quote, your vehicle, or your appointment. Text messaging is always optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. You will never be required to agree to text messages in order to get a quote, book work, or buy anything from us.
How you opt in. You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on our quote form, by texting us first, or by telling a member of our team in person or on the phone that you would like updates by text. We keep a record of when and how consent was given.
What we send. Quote follow-ups and questions about your project, appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that your vehicle is ready, and occasionally news or offers from the shop.
What it costs and how often. Message frequency varies depending on your project and how you are communicating with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 803-705-0341. You can opt back in at any time by texting us or asking us to add you again.
We do not sell or share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use service providers only to help us deliver the messages themselves and to run our customer records, and those providers may not use your information for their own marketing.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep quote and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. We keep transaction and warranty records for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by South Carolina law.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
